Terms and Conditions Ordering Only order goods that you are sure want. Once an order is placed, you have made a contract with KBO SanghaShop to purchase such goods at the price quoted at time of ordering. Payment Goods should be paid for at time of order. Delivery Orders are processed immediately upon receipt at our office.It is our policy to deliver within 10 days whenever possible. But please allow up to 28 days for delivery delays due to circumstance beyond our control such as delays by third party postal. Responsibility is not accepted for missing/undelivered items. Courier/Insurance option is available to select at checkout and the onus of responsibilty remains with the customer to choose this option. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS UNREALISTIC FOR CUSTOMERS TO STATE THAT WE ARE OR CAN BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS WHICH MAY OR MAY NOT GET LOST OR DELAYED IN THE POSTAL SERVICE IN THE UK, WE HAVE NO MORE CONTROL OVER THE ROYAL MAIL ANY MORE THAN THE BUYER DOES AND THEREFORE ONCE AN ITEM IS DEPOSITED WITH THEM IT IS OUT OF OUR HANDS. CUSTOMERS HOULD THEREFORE CONSIDER SELECTING COURIER/INSURED SERVICE. Customers should note that a few of our items can take 6 - 8 weeks for delivery. Again this is due to circumstances beyond our control, such as processing at source. Some items, especially larger items such as statues, may be shipped to the customer direct from source. If you require your order before a certain date, please let us know as soon as you have placed your order. You can do this either on our website contact form or by phone/email/fax. We will advise as to whether it is possible to meet such delivery date. Cancellation Orders cancelled within 48 hours are subject to a 30% cancellation charge plus any penalties imposed upon us by our suppliers, plus any transaction costs we incur. Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to 60% cancellation charge plus any penalties imposed upon us by our suppliers, plus any transaction costs we incur. Any delivery charges incurred will be refunded subject to the order not yet being sent to the buyer. Returns We are committed to customer care and satisfaction. If goods are damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately either by phone/fax/email. We will refund cost of goods and postage. Privacy Policy The KBO Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information when you use KBO's products and services. When you use KBO's Checkout, or place an order via fax/telephone/email we may ask for your personal information so that we can provide you with the goods ordered. The information we may require includes your name, address, delivery address if differernt credit or debit card number, card expiry date, card verification number (CVN), phone number and email address. This information allows us to process payments and protect users from fraud. User communications - When you send email or other communication to us, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services. In addition to the above, we use the information we collect to: Provide our products and services to you, including the display of customised content and advertising; Perform auditing, research and analysis in order to maintain, protect and improve our services; Ensure the technical functioning of our network; and Develop new services.
